3. Never Use Dynamite to Take Down a Tree

Behold the strange case of Henry Ziegland, a man who decided — for whatever reason — to dump his girlfriend. In her despair, she killed herself, an act that sent her brother into fits of rage. He vowed to get vengeance for his sister and so decided to hunt down Ziegland and get a little revenge. He found Ziegland on his property, aimed a gun and fired. Ziegland fell to the ground, apparently dead. Deciding his job was done, the brother decided to join his sister in the afterlife and so turned the gun on himself. Little did he know that the bullet had missed Ziegland — who would survive — and lodged itself in a tree. Several years later, Ziegland attempted to dynamite the tree in an attempt to take it down. The force of the explosion sent the bullet exploding from the tree trunk and right into Ziegland’s dumb, unfortunate skull.
