9. The Mountain Boy of Spain

In the 1960s, Marcos Rodriguez was sold by his father to a goat herder. When the herder died, the boy was left on his own and forced to find a way to survive. He came across a wolf cub and the mother wolf. Instead of attacking him, the adult wolf offered him food. He lived with the wolves until the age of 19, and years after being rescued, he still struggled with learning how to walk, talk, and eat with utensils.
