The product of a male dromedary (one-humped) camel and a female llama, the cama was created in the hopes of rearing an animal with the wool output of the lama but the size, strength, and subdued temperament of a regular camel. With five camas currently born, scientists are getting closer to their goals even though the original camas are said to be kind of tempermental.
