10. Sheila Jackson Lee (D-Tex.)

The representative from Texas is one of the best examples of in-office crazy. First and foremost, she has a reputation for being a bit temperamental. At one point she was voted the “meanest” member of the House (example: she once called a staff member a “stupid motherf*cker”). She’s known to throw temper tantrums and ask staff members to perform ridiculous tasks (need supplements in the middle of the night?). Sheila Jackson Lee also thinks that the Constitution predates America by more than 100 years.
